Betty Willis and Bill Hannapple, both pencil signed this Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Nevada fine art lithograph. It was printed, in 2008, at Rowland Studios, a division of S2 Editions Ltd, Las Vegas.
Willis designed the famous Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Nevada sign in 1959. Her good friend, Bill Hannapple took the photograph of the sign in 1998. This lithograph is based on the iconic Hannapple photographic image.
The piece is printed on Hanhe Muhler, William Turner paper using a mixed medium of lithography and serigraphy. This combination produces a "rich, velvety, three dimensional appearance".
