30 Day Returns on most new unopened items with no signs of use within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Opened items (20% restocking fee will be applied).  On Exchanges Customer will pay Shipping.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). Customized items & special orders are non returnable.   

We will issue a refund to your account within 3 to 5 business of receiving back and inspecting your returned item.  This does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

U.S. Shipping

Most U.S. shipping is Free if not the shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item and its shipping carton size. Some of our pieces are considered “oversized” and for these the shipping cost is typically based on dimensional weight of the Carton.  Shipping and Handing times are listed on each product page.

International Shipping Policies and Customs Fees

DaVinci Emporium utilizes whichever carrier will deliver your product safely and efficiently while keeping shipping costs as favorable to the customer as possible, insuring you receive your items in the most cost affective wary.

How are the International Shipping Charges calculated?
International shipping is either Flat Rate per country or charges are calculated by dimensional weight and the country of destination (since each country will have different costs and fees associated with it).  Shipping and Handling times are listed on each product page.

Customs Fees

DaVinci Emporium uses the harmonized code that we have been told is appropriate for the shipping of our products to your region, but your customs office has the power to change this code.  If you feel that your final code/tax is not correct, then you can contact the carrier and/or your customs office directly to request a review. If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge DaVinci Emporium to return the package. If DaVinci Emporuim is unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal, a refund will not be issued.

DaVinci Emporium does not collect Duty / VAT directly and therefore those fees are not included in your order total. International customers are responsible to pay Duty and VAT directly to the carrier at the time of delivery or via bill/invoice afterward.
