30 Day Returns on most new unopened items with no signs of use within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items (20% restocking fee will be applied) On Exchanges Customer will pay Shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). Customized items & special orders are non returnable.
We will issue a refund to your account within 3 to 5 business of receiving back and inspecting your returned item. This does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

We currently ship within the US and Internationally. Most of our products are free shipping with a few exceptions.
