Designed in 1895, The Bronco Buster is Frederick Remington's first and remains the most popular of his sculptures. The bronze tabletop sculpture represents a cowboy grappling to stay atop a bucking bronco. The statue is cast using the lost wax bronze casting method and features intricate hand-forged details. The Bronco Buster is finished by applying a beautiful brown fire-applied patina then it is mounted on a marble base.
