Product Overview
Inspired by stories in the Lovecraft Cthulhu Mythos, the Miskatonic University Class Ring is skillfully handcrafted in sterling silver. Featured in the mythos, the fictional Miskatonic University is an ivy league school in Arkham, Massachusetts. Arkahm is a fictional town in Essex County, Massachusetts. The inspiration for the design is based on the Yale and Brown class rings during the 1920s. 1928, the year that The Call of Cthulhu was published, is the class year on the ring. Featured on the crests on the side of the ring are Cthulhu's tentacles wrapped around the Necronomicon. The Neconomicon is held in the university library. H.P. Lovecraft's initials is hand engraved behind the signet. The area behind the signet is partially carved out to increase comfort for the wearer.
