Reaching Out is an 18" x 14" framed original painting on canvas by Mark Susinno. Mark states that wading a shallow flat in pursuit of bonefish in the Florida Keys or the Bahamas is more like hunting than fishing. One is always looking the lookout for a telltale push or swirl of the water's surface, the sun glinting off a fish's tail, or the shadow cast on the bottom by an otherwise nearly invisible bonefish. In such skinny water, the quarry is even more alert to danger than usual, which often requires the angler to reach out with a long cast.
