Montegrappa commemorates Monopoly's 85th anniversary with the Monopoly 85th anniversary and Mr. Monopoly sterling silver limited edition pen designs. As a bonus, both editions of the pens arrive packaged in a fully functional deluxe Monopoly gameboard complete with 8 sterling silver player tokens and gold-foil graphics. The pens are housed in a secret compartment beneath the board. There is also a travel compartment to store the play pieces.
Featuring an art deco design, both pen models sport a perforated sterling silver sheath surrounding a red or green resin core, gemstone details, and a custom clip. The 85th-anniversary model is made using red resin while the Mr. Monopoly model is vintage mint.
The sterling silver pens are available in limited edition sizes of 85 fountain pens and 85 rollerballs. The fountain pen is piston-fill and fitted with a 6mm 18k gold nib. The 85th-anniversary nib is etched with the monopoly dollar symbol while the Mr. Monopoly nib features its mascot's top-hat and mustache.
